Sablerune for iPhone
Write to us any time. We read every message and answer as soon as we can, usually within a couple of days.
It helps to say which iPhone you have, Sablerune's version (at the foot of Settings) and what you were doing.
Keeper and purchases
How do I get back what I bought?
Open Settings › Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you bought with. Keeper, Keeper for life, the gifts opened early, the sigil sheet and the full reports of your chart and your spirits come back. Reports bought for one year, one pairing or one child live in your backup file, so restore that too.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
In Sablerune, Settings › Manage membership, or on your iPhone, Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the plan renews. You keep Keeper to the end of the time you've paid for.
The free week
The yearly plan starts with a free week for new members. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged; otherwise the year begins when the week is up.
Refunds
Apple handles every payment, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
A code from a deck
Enter it in Settings › Redeem a code. Keeper opens when you come back to Sablerune.
Ask
Ask answers a question about your chart, your day or a reading, in a few short paragraphs. Its answers are written by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, and it reads the sky as leanings, never as fixed outcomes. Everyone has three questions to start; Keepers have thirty a month, and packs of twenty-five more never run out. Each question can have three follow-ups within two days. A question that isn't answered isn't counted. What goes with a question, and what never does, is in Settings › How Ask works and in our privacy policy.
Your hours look wrong
The planetary hours begin at your own sunrise and sunset, so check Settings › Where you are. Day hours and night hours are each a twelfth of their half of the day, so they're rarely sixty minutes long, and they change through the year.
Alerts, widgets and the Lock Screen
Alerts aren't arriving
Allow notifications for Sablerune in your iPhone's Settings, then choose what you'd like in Settings › Alerts. Sablerune schedules a week of alerts at a time, so open it now and then to keep them coming.
Widgets and the hour on your Lock Screen
Hold your Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit, and add Sablerune's widgets. For the hour in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen, turn on Settings › The hour on your Lock Screen; if it won't start, turn on Live Activities for Sablerune in your iPhone's Settings. A widget can take a few minutes to redraw after Sablerune changes.
Apple Health
Turn on sleep, or your cycle, in Settings › Apple Health and allow it when iOS asks. If nothing comes in, check your iPhone's Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › Sablerune.
Your data and a new phone
Sablerune has no account: everything lives on your phone. To move it, make a backup file in Settings › Back up and restore › Back up everything, then on the new phone choose Restore from a backup. An iPhone backup or transfer carries it over too, except what's read from Apple Health, which is read again from Health. To remove everything from the phone, use Erase everything on the same page.
Spirits
The Goetic spirits stay hidden unless you choose them. Choose exactly what Sablerune shows in Settings › What to show.
A few plain notes
- Sablerune describes traditions: what Agrippa, the old herbals or a country's customs held. It doesn't claim any of it as fact, and the sky and the cards describe leanings, never fixed outcomes.
- Nothing in Sablerune is medical, legal or financial advice. If something worries you, talk to a doctor or another qualified person.
- Some herbs are toxic, and natural doesn't always mean gentle. Only drink what Sablerune marks for tea, read its cautions, and ask a doctor first if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medicine or caring for a child.
- Never leave a candle, incense or charcoal burning unattended.
- The cycle is there for reflection, not as medical advice or contraception.
- If you're struggling, please reach out now: in the US, call or text 988; elsewhere, your local emergency number or a crisis line.
